How to transfer LG contacts to iPhone?

1. How do I transfer contacts from my LG KC910 Renoir to my iPhone 4?
I want to keep all of my contacts from my old phone and put them onto my new phone. How do I do this? I already have LG PC Suite but I can't seem to do anything with that. Is there a piece of software I could use to do this or would I have to use a peripheral device? - Sazra

For the past year ive had an LG Dare. Yesterday, i got an Iphone. The worker at the store automatically transferred all of my contacts from my Dare onto the Iphone. I went to plug in my Iphone to my computer and for some reason, iTunes deleted all of my contacts from my iPhone. The contacts, however, are still on my Dare. Is there any way i can get my contacts back onto my iPhone without entering them one by one by hand? Thanks :) - Wayne
